The Manufacturing Association of Connecticut (MAC) in collaboration with nPlusOne Consulting is presenting a series of workshops aimed at manufacturing executives. During 4 separate breakfast events we will cover the following topics: measurement and how to use it - strategic planning - succession planning - how to manage change.
